Most individual Hors d'oeuvres require a minimum of 3 dozen. Some Hors d'oeuvres may require on site staff for preparation to ensure quality (noted with a **)

    An array of roasted eggplant, hummus, dolmades, marinated prawns, pesto drumettes, olives, tzatziki and feta cheese served with house made crackers.
  • Antipasto
    An Italian medley with sliced salami, prosciutto, olive tapenade, marinated mushrooms, Cipollini onions, Italian cheese, fresh melon, olives, roasted red peppers, and artichoke parmesan spread, served with focaccia bread.
  • Garden Fire
    A colorful array of freshly cut and roasted vegetables and potatoes, served with a creamy basil dip.
  • The Cheese Stands Alone
    Chilled marble platters of domestic and imported artisan cheeses, served with accompaniments including grapes, nuts and olives. Each tray is served with French baguette and house made crackers.)
  • Marinated Prawns
    Prawns Marinated in Zetar served with cilantro and lemon served in ice bowl.
  • Spanish Seafood Salad**
    Seasonal seafood salad with red onion, queen olives in an aged balsamic dressing served on Belgian endive.

    Grilled mini pitas with house made hummus, cucumber, feta cheese and kalamata olives.

    Full wheel of soft Brie stuffed with roasted garlic or seasonal fruit preserve the baked in puff pastry accompanied with crackers.

    A combination of ricotta, mascarpone and parmesan cheeses paired with marinated artichokes and served with artisan bread and house made crackers.
  • Parisian Fish Cakes
    Whole tuna grilled, potatoes and flat leaf parsley cakes topped with Crème fraîche and capers.

    Zucchini & Parmesan stuffed mushroom caps seasoned with our herb blend.
  • Sea Baskets
    Shrimp Stuffed Mushroom Caps seasoned with our herb blend.
  • Greek Scrolls**
    Phyllo triangles filled with spinach and feta cheese.
  • Greek Baskets**
    Like the bigger brother (Greek Scrolls) but bite size cups.
  • Drumettes
    All natural chicken wings seasoned and gilled crisp with your choice of three sauces: classic hot, fresh pesto or garlic Dijon served with Jimaca and red pepper sticks
  • Greek Shrimp Kebabs
    This warm platter features prawns, porcini mushrooms and artichokes marinated in olive oil, oregano and lemon juice served on wooden skewers.
  • Petite Tartlets**
    Crisp pastry shells filled with:
