- Our menus require a 10 person minimum. Free box lunch delivery on 10 or more the Portland Metro area.
- To hold and book a date a deposit of 50% of food cost is required. Cancelations made greater than 10 business days of the event will receive a refund of 20%.
- 18% Gratuity will be added to all none staffed events.
- To ensure availability, a 72 hour advance notice for all food service is suggested.
- A 72 hour advance notice for attendee guarantee is appreciated. Original number will be used for guarantee if no update is provided.
- “Delivery/Setup” catering service includes all plastic wares, paper napkins and linen for buffet tables.
- “Delivery/Setup” charge is based on the delivery zip code: $ 35.00-40.00 for most of Portland/Metro area. One way drop off fee to Portland/Metro is $15.
- Tavola Catering accepts Visa / Mastercard & American Express through Paypal. (If paying by check payment is due upon receipt of invoice)
- We can provide servers for $22 an hour and bartenders for $25 an hour (minimum 4 hours.) Some menu selections require an on site server to maintain quality presentation.
- China services as well as other rentals are available for an additional cost.
