This salute to our family’s potato farm consists of roasted new potatoes, a blend of herbs, sautéed leeks and red peppers.
If only the French knew… Thick slices of bread battered in egg, cream, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Served with toasted hazelnuts, whipped butter and rum syrup.
